Perpetual is slow, neglectful, expensive and incompetent.
If Perpetual is the Executor of your Will, quickly change to somebody else.
Perpetual DOES NOT CARE ABOUT you or your family.

Perpetual was named as the Executor of my mother's estate.
After 3 years they have not .....paid all taxes - distributed all assets - did not have my brothers address right for 2 years - not closed companies - failed to collect expenses from rental properties to the tune of $17,000 - failed to pay fines, then incurred more fines for not paying the first fines ,then charge their stuff ups to the estate - kept overdrawn accounts open for years while they compound interest and charges - failed to close subscriptions for long periods.
Perpetual will regularly not return phone calls and will completely ignore requests for information.
This company is incompetent so use external contractors to do their work, so you end up paying for the same service twice.

The only way to get them to act is to go through the Financial Ombudsman Service and even then they continue to be slow, neglectful, expensive and incompetent.

WARNING - DO NOT USE PERPETUAL TRUSTEE - they do not care about their customers and will make your life a misery for years to come.
