I had a root canal therapy and am very happy with the result. I had a great experience with the dentist and the staff and trust smile concepts with my future dental care.

After realising i needed a lot of dental work done ASAP, i began looking for a good dentist, and one that would take my fears seriously.
I was pretty nervous on my first appointment, and was very surprised to find that most of that time was taken discussing my bad experiences as a child and where all my fears had come from; in fact it was more like visiting a dental shrink!
The first sessions were so accommodating and all about making me feel comfortable with what was going to happen. By the time the work began i felt extremely at ease; something i have not felt visiting the dentist, since forever!
I am so happy with the new level of confidence that the work has given me, and as long as i keep visiting the same dentist i am certain i will not be revisited by all the fears and nervousness that used to go hand in hand with visiting the dentist.
The staff are ultra happy and friendly, just an excuse to smile and show you their perfect teeth i guess! Thumbs well and truly up!

I recently underwent gum re-contouring surgery at Smile Concepts and I am extremely happy with the results. The gum surgery was quick and largely pain free and my recovery was very speedy. I continue to attend the surgery for my general dental needs and have always found Dr Shah and his staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Based on my experiences to date I can confidently recommend Smile concepts.

I have never liked going to dentists, I have had horror experiences with dentists in the past and now I can say no more horror stories. I went to see Dr Shah at Smile Concepts a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and warmth of all the staff. Their professionalism was amazing.

My consultation with Dr Shah was very informative and I was made to feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns. There was quite alot of work needed to be done in my mouth and Dr Shah explained that I had a few options that could be divided in to phases of treatment. I was also advised that my treatment could be done under sedation, which made me even more comfortable, as I am generally a very anxious person.

The treatment is going well and the personal phone call from Dr Shah (a big surprise) to make sure I am healing well indicates the high level of care that they provide. It is an added service that I very much appreciated. I would recommend anyone going through any sort of extensive dental treatment or cosmetic treatment to consider Smile Concepts.

About a year ago I finally had to see a dentist (I had avoided this for years due to traumatic childhood experiences with dentists!) I was very fortunate to meet Dr Mannish Shah who was understanding, patient and most of all delivers "pain free" treatment, he has corrected all the dental issues I had, including a root canal treatment - and he even called me the next day (which was a Saturday) to check how I was!

I really cannot recommend Dr Mannish and the entire Smile Concepts Team highly enough.

I am writting this review after the excellent service and dental work that I have received from Dr Shah, as you soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the lovely girls at the front, who are friendly, cheerful and always extremely helpful. Dr Shah was great from the first consultation and throughout the treatment, he is extremely gentle and an absolutely fantastic dentist and he was also very accomdating to my needs, the nurses there were also very caring always making me feel at ease. The atmosphere of Smile Concepts is great and if you are looking for a dentist that goes that extra mile I can definitely recommend Smile concepts as the place to go.

Early 2009 i had terrible teeth riddles with cavities and crooked as an english peasant; I felt embarrassed about them and was too scared to go to a dentist. When the pain became too great i ventured out to a nameless dentist and had a tooth pulled, the recovery was agonizing and the treatment he recommended was primitive, so i shopped around and found Smile Concepts.

Upon arriving i was greeted with the friendliest and most understanding staff you could ask for. Taking my free consultation i assaulted Dr. Shah with queries and thoughts, i could tell straight away this man had a very busy schedule day in day out, but he was only too happy to help me wrap my mind around each and every concept. I told him straight i wanted to just check prices and such around to see what other dentists recommended and charged, he understood completely.

After checking around i found Smile Concepts to have the best staff, services and prices.
Now 2010 i've gone under sedation once and had all my cavities and bum teeth removed with absolutely no need for pain killers or anything post treatment. I'm now undergoing Invisalign treatment and loving these results (despite having another half a year to go till i get my veneers lol) I experienced an extremely bad cavity a few months ago and they were so quick to squeeze me in for a fix.

So if your looking for friendly staff, competitive prices and people that truly care about you (which could also be viewed as compassion for their work) i recommend Smile Concepts!!

I have suffered for years from sleep apnoea, anxiety attacks, claustrophobia, breathlessness, asthma, low energy, fatigue, intermittent TMJ problems (and the list continues). Earlier this year, I found myself in a state of extreme distress, as my sleep apnoea had reached the stage where I simply could not lie down or fall into a restful sleep without feeling like I would choke or suffocate in my sleep. I had been told my only treatment option was invasive, expensive and painful jaw surgery. I was completely overwhelmed by this prospect and was desperate to find an alternative approach. I found Dr Shah in the yellow pages one day in a moment of complete desperation. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, I felt a sense of relief, that somehow I could now hand the responsibility for my wellbeing over to someone I could trust. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about my condition and symptoms. He found a way to treat my condition in a way that would achieve far better results than surgery would have, WITHOUT SURGERY!!! I finally felt I was in the right hands, and I have felt that way ever since. Our relationship continues as my condition requires long-term management. Dr Shah has been especially understanding of the anxiety component of my condition, and takes great care to explain procedures and treatments to me in detail to alleviate my concerns (vitally important for an anxious patient). I also get a strong sense of his professionalism and attention to detail. My symptoms are gradually lessening as treatment continues and my face is improving on an aesthetic level also. I suspect that, in the end, this treatment will be one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. A really good dentist is hard to find. After years of trial and error, I'm pleased to say I have found one. I would recommend Dr Shah to anyone! (Oh, and yes, the ladies at the desk are lovely too!!)

I had not been to a dentist for over 7 years and was too embarrassed to even try. In 2010 my wisdom teeth were giving me grief, so I decided to face my fear of dentists. I found Smile Concepts via its positive google reviews and was over the moon with the results.

Dr Shah and the girls were VERY understanding and never once made me feel worried, or embarrassed about my neglected teeth. Dr Shah was very friendly, professional and honest...The exact qualities of any good Oral Torturer (AKA dentist.)

In October 2010, I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed under twilight sedation AND 6 fillings added...All in one sitting! The procedure took around 2 hours and I don't remember a thing! (thanks to the sedation.) I am writing this on the day of my procedure, and I feel pretty good. I have minimal swelling and little pain which I credit to Dr Shah's dental expertise. I am now looking forward to taking responsibility for my dental health and CANNOT recommend this practice enough. If you have a fear of dentists, or you are contemplating wisdom tooth extraction, you must consider using these guys. Exceptional.
