Never turned up

This company is shocking do not book ! Didn’t turn up didn’t even contact me . When called they told me tomorrow ! Didn’t even care I was upset

Cancelled last minute

Not happy that they cancelled the night before they were to clean my end of lease cleaning stating that my area was a hotspot for covid. For starters, I live nowhere near the northern beaches in NSW where they are in lockdown. I live in South West Sydney, which is the other side of the World basically, not even listed on NSW Government website for hotspots. I checked. Secondly, it's not professional to cancel at 9:30pm on a Sunday night when the cleaning was to take place on Monday at 10am, giving me no chance to book anyone else. I do not recommend this company and wasted my time, I should have gone to Jim's Cleaning instead

WRONG SELLING , BAD SERVICE

These guys do wrong selling, they quote minimum amout to get the job, when staff came to site, they told me these items not included, after job , i have got huge list of re-work from estate agent, now they refused to do it saying most of these items not included,

Very poor and cheating service , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, AVOIDE THEM

Roof mould cleaning not done at all

I approached YS cleaning services for the Roof cleaning where it had moulds, and I also told them it is easily removable through the mould spray as i tried the same in one of my bedroom and it is clean for more than 2 months(the only reason why i couldnt do it in Hall is because i was so tired shifting house and told him the same reason). But what YS cleaning services did is just water washed the roof and didnt even tried to rub the surface and they mentioned that it cannot be removed, else the paint will come out and all such reasons they mentioned. What i did is just did a mould spray on the roof  (30seconds mould spray which i got from Bunnings) and rubbed it with a soft towel. Ofcourse it took 2hours for me to completely clean the Hall area, bedroom and kitchen. And I showed him the photo of his cleaning and my cleaning, he mentioned that I should have called him again to do the cleaning again or the chemical his team applied would have taken a day's time to absorb and do a magic(ofcourse everyone knows its a silly reason from their end). They charged 250$ for entire house roof cleaning mould treatment, but what they did actually is just water washed and went away. As I cleaned it myself I asked them 150$ refund as they didnt do their job at all and the reason why I asked 150$ refund instead of the complete 250$ is because their job on cleaning the wardrobe area was satisfactory, that was the only reason why I asked for 150$ refund. Also when i called them they are disconnecting my call and just messaging me saying only 50$ refund only will be given. I even told them i lost 2 days of rental due to this reason as it was not completed on time and property manager had to reinspect. I have all the proofs with me, and I want YS cleaning services to return $150 to me due to their poor services. I dont recommend anyone YS cleaning services, such a poor customer service.
