AC Service & Installation

Good morning to you all at AC Services,

Exactly a month ago today I had an appointment booked (around three weeks in advance) for a service on my air-cons. Why book in advance I wonder, if you are not going to show up?? What irked me more, was the fact I had booked in advance, worked the nightshift, being 8th, waited up for as long as possible (until my daughter came home from work, informed my daughter rot enquire about the ducted system), had nightshifts until 13th, telephoned to enquire if AC Services were still coming on the day and informed rather rudely, by Michelle, he was at Jones Island. I referred to you as they, your office member, said who are they? AC Services of course. Take into consideration the last time AC Services were here, it was more than one employee.

My reasons for wanting to speak with the service provider on the day??? To ask his expert advice on a ducted system throughout our home and granny flat. Well, guess what, I no longer need AC Services, I sought assistance elsewhere and due to them being so prompt with the call out....they have the job of installing our ducted air conditioning.

All I say to you is, you did me the biggest favour here and did yourselves out of a lot of money for the installation of a ducted system throughout my home!!
