Blackbird Hair

A hair salon with a twist. Cassie has done a great job transforming my shape-and form-less sad hair into an easy to look after bob. The place is classy - from the fresh flowers, to the great tea offered, to the painting on the far wall - you feel looked after and understood. You don't have the conveyer-belt feeling where someone is being shampooed and someone else getting a cut by your hairdresser while you are waiting for the colour to set.
Well priced, good feeling, great result - definitely a keeper and a welcome addition to the vicinity. I'll be back!

I was looking for a new stylist and decided to try Blackbird hair. I had a cut and colour and thought the end result was fantastic. Cassie does great work and worked patiently with my thick, frizzy hair to produce a sleek result with balayage highlights. The salon is professional yet relaxed, and well priced. I will certainly come again.
