Had Keeair come to my home to clean my air filters. Two men attended my premises, opened the hatch’s, looked at the filters and said that they were clean and didn’t need cleaning. They also looked at some extraction tubes to check they were in the right place - this entailed them putting their head into the hatch, shining a torch and telling me all was good. They were at my premises for approximately 15 minutes. I was charge $230 even though no work was done! I was told this was a call out fee - my neighbor upstairs has also booked them so they were looking at 2 premises in the one building and charged us both the full fee - even though no work was done! I think this is a big rip off and I’m happy to pay a call out fee of a reasonable price. The owner of the business tried to justify this by saying two men attended my premises - when only 1 was necessary. He then went on to berate me in a very unpleasant manner. Save yourselves money and go and buy replacement filters (if you need to) from Bunnings and don’t use this company.
