Robinson Property

Rented a house in Kotara. Found them very unprofessional, not responsive and very bad in communication. Lisa, never answered the calls I made during the time I stayed in that house. Very hard to deal with her and she will do what she wants rather to listen you or looking at the facts. When I moved in to the property, it was rubbish, I put my comments but she regret to do and asked me to find alternates or go to Fair Trade office. Is this the way to deal with the tenant? Never recommend them!!
