Carpets Galore Floorworld

Friendly but TERRIBLE service. Tradies had to come to my house three times to finalise a small job as they repeatedly forgot to bring correct materials. I was then told I would have to glue down the floating vinyl myself as it kept lifting up. When I took it up to stick it down there was water underneath in the bathroom and it is still not sitting flat. Also left metal staples and tacks strewn through adjacent carpet area which my one year old child discovered before I did.

Purchased a roll of lovely carpet today from 'Floorworld'. Was greeted by the manager 'Helen' who was very personable and provided fabulous service at very reasonable prices.
Couldn't recommend this carpet outlet strongly enough.Helen was jovial and professional and made us feel instantly at home.
A pleasure to purchase from and would recommend anyone wanting carpet to contact Helen.
