Really rather disappointing, fine until the sale but then sold me a faulty fireplace that wasn't discovered until the install. Needed the unit ripped out and reinstalled all over again - was spring by the time it was finished. Go elsewhere, bad products, bad service.. Would have been nice to have been offered the cost of delivery etc refunded as an acknowledge for how much this messes the customer around: a second day off work needed for another install and weeks delay in heating in a Melbourne winter. But no - not offered, charge top dollar and got an faulty product and messed around. I would have been treated better at a restaurant had I gotten a bad meal.

This business is does not care about their customers and their gas heater installer named Kostas, is such a unprofessional unreliable and ill mannered person.Don’t let him in your place.Go for someone else.
