Will we ever get our remaining two curtains

In June 2023, we completed the full payment for the installation of sheers and blinds on all the windows of our new home, as the company's policy required full payment before installation. Now it's November, and we're still waiting for the final two curtains. The company has even blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts where they advertise their quality and customer service. I'm beginning to worry that we might not receive what we paid for. With Christmas approaching and plans to host it at our new home, the thought of explaining to our guests that we might have been scammed is quite disheartening.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would .. avoid at all costs!!!!!

Never before in my life have I been so disappointed with a company.

Where do I start? I should have known by them making my partner leave a review before I could even order my blinds. I can see why they have so many reviews now. None are actually reviewed on the quality of the blinds / installation / end result / AFTERCARE!!!. It’s all the initial consult, which they managed to look like a pretty decent reputable company. We have been chasing our incorrectly measured blinds (someone come to do a check measure on them too!!!!!) for three months now, over 60 calls easily. They’re not interested obviously as they have my money! I hope everyone out there can see this and avoid them at all costs! They knew the situation too, as I have a newborn and ordered the blinds many months in advance to ensure they’d be ready in time. Still no Blinds, my baby can’t sleep as the sheets we have up are not blocking enough light!

Avoid at all costs

If only I had more thoroughly checked the reviews before purchasing through this terrible company. Delays are lengthy and frequent. Communication is non-existent including repeated attempted to call not being returned and overall the customer service is abhorrent. The blinds and prices are no better than anyone else so avoid at all costs 0/5.

Worst customer service

They made me pay in full before blinds were installed. During installation it became apparent they stuffed up the order. Most my blinds didn’t fit. Tried contacting them for 2 weeks now. No response. No one cares. I feel so ripped off. I paid over 8k and have nothing to show with no response or resolution from into blinds.

Blind Installation

I recently purchased blinds and shutters from Into Blinds. The process from start to finish was a pleasure to deal with. The quality of my plantation shutters were beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Into Blinds to all my family and friends.

My partner Lou and I had Blinds, Doors and Plantation Shutters installed in my home, and I would have no hesitation to recommend Into Blinds to all my family and friends. The Sales rep (Jacqui) was so very friendly and helpful and she took her time to answer all my questions. The Blinds were installed by a very knowledgeable and helpful guy and Mihir installed my Plantation Shutters and he was a true technician. Dealing with Into Blinds was so easy and they have amazing staff and products. I highly recommend Into Blinds!!!

Absolute shambles of a company, if id even call it that. Customer service is awful and they lie to you when you first consult them to get your deposit and then demand final payment before they even jnstall the blinds which is actually illegal! Their products are made from poor quality Chinese imports and their office staff are rude. They subcontract installation to another company so they are always one step removed from any client concerns. Don't trust these sheisters

Horrendous Customer service I was told it would take 4 weeks for a full house full of blinds the second i paid i never heard from a single staff member they wouldnt return calls or emails and when they did they were mis informed and I needed to speak to someone from a different department etc. 8 weeks and counting and so far i've got 1 blind out of 18 as even the ones that did come were made and measured incorrectly..

The word nightmare gets thrown around alot, but so far into group couldn't have given me worse customer service if they'd been trying. the old saying rings true, you get what you pay for, theres a reason Into blinds are the cheapest and i can only assume the reason why is they dont get a single dollar of repeat business . Honestly id rather of paid triple the price and gone elsewhere worst part is they have over $3K of my money and I have 1 blind to show for it

From our first contact to the final installation of our Plantation Shutters, Into Blinds have been a pleasure to deal with. All appointments for the measure up and installation where kept on time. The office girls were a pleasure to deal with, and informed us of the time frame from measure to fit up. Thankyou Into Blinds for our wonderful Plantation Shutters which have been installed onto our large Rumpus Room windows. All I need now is a pool out the back to give it that full Tropical feel.
