These people are not honest at all. They send their representative, who is full of lies, to your home just to sell 149$ voucher for 3 car services. He confirms that the parts are included in the price. When he was convincing me, he was covering some part of the voucher with his hand. After he got my money and left I found out that he was covering the conditions. In the condition it says that the parts are not included in the price and the verbal agreements will not be honored!
I went to the workshop they told me that the salesman doesn't represent them and they can't refund the money because they don't get the money as it goes to a marketing company! They only can give me the service which I paid for. I don't understand how is that possible if they claim that they didn't receive the money.
Not recommended at all. I would give them 0 star.

Worse customer service that I have ever experience
Have to contact them to find out if my car is ready for pick up and been hang up a few time
Wait for more than half an hour while the manager on the phone and service another customer who come in after me
I do not recommence anyone to come to this place

Worse customer service experienced. Kept me waiting for hours while he was on the phone than talked to another customer who came before me than talked on the phone some more. Do NOT recommend this place.
