Our rental property was left filthy and damaged with a large amount of rubbish and the garden which used to be lovely was totally neglected. The tenants had stopped paying rent but were were not informed. The owner of this business is very articulate and comes across as very efficient however we were greatly let down as interstate landlords.

Our rental property was left filthy and damaged with a large amount of rubbish including mattresses and bins with dirty nappies and other yucky stuff. The garden which used to be lovely was totally neglected. The tenants had stopped paying rent but were were not informed, and there was an excess water bill dating back well over a year that she failed to inform us about and was only partially collected from the tenants.



She had told us the tenants were quite good people and were going through a tough time when we finally discovered they were a month behind in rent. After the tenants had left and we talked to the neighbours they informed us that there had been a number of abuse incidents at the property with police in attendance on several occasions. This was markedly different to the picture given by Jenny.



Communication was at best poor, and Jenny would ghost us if she did not want to answer questions, even though we followed her up. She would make a great politician though, as she has the "gift of the gab" and always had an excuse while somehow managing to avoid provision of the requested information.



We were greatly let down by her and as interstate landlords you should not put your trust in this person.
