Happy Happy Happy! If you want a company that will listen to what you are asking and answers any question you have, then this is the one. I was very irritated after having 2 other companies come out and quote the works because they didn't listen to what I was asking and they kept increasing the price and couldn't give a reason as to why.. Really refreshing and stress free with this company. Big thanks again.

Cheers for last week fellas. Very happy with the work that was done and the price I was charge. Had a few quotes before you guys which were a good $150 -$200 more. I have definitely learnt my lesson not to let my mates attempt jobs around the house anymore, big cheers for fixing it all up and in just one weekend. Cheers

Last month Tuesday the 20th August my dad passed away from a sudden cardiac death. Two days later (Thursday) when my husbans family and mine was over, Lovelock Contracting arrived to do a small job for me. Due to what had happened I had completely forgot I organised for them to come. My sister in law spoke to them and explained the situation and that we no longer wanted to get the work done. The AMAZING thing to all of this is, the next week I recieved an amazing bunch of flowers and it was from Lovelock Contracting wishing us their condolences and very best (Not a cheap bunch of flowers either) This company lost a job due to my family tragedy and not only did it not bother them, they also went out of their way to send me flowers. I am genuingly amazed that this sort of service and kindness was given to someoen who wasn't even a customer. My family and I have allot of respect for this company. I know my dad would have loved the flowers. Thankyou Lovelock Contracting

Ashton H - I could not agree with you more. I had nothing but great and helpful experiences with this company. I have had numerous tradies who come in and explain things by using a bunch of technical and confusing terms which just leave you more confused and frustrated to begin with, because you feel you don't 100% no what is going on. Lovelock Contracting came in and instead of treating me like a typical dumb girl who doesn't no anything, He explained everything so clearly and showed allot of respective to me when I asked the dumbest questions.
Not once did they get frustrated or make me feel as if I was annoying them when I kept hassling them and asking questions. From Experience, most tradies will do anything to make an extra buck on the job. Mitch and his tradie spoke to me and showed me for 40 minutes what I can do do avoid it happening again and answering any questions I had. He didn't charge me for making him stand there and was so happy to keep answering anything I had to say. THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU for restoring my faith in tradies. I was treated with so much respect, never made to feel dumb and really enjoyed the staff. I have recommended you to nearly everyone and told everyone on facebook. Great & Reliable company. Had this company out the other day and ended up standing there having a 30 minute conversation about work, hobbies ect. This company are truly passionate about what they do, they are beyond professional and have such genuine customer service skills. Really impressed with the knowledge they all have and couldn't thank them enough for the time and effort they gave. Good Work Lovelock Contracting. Will be using you again.
