Boss Wrecking

Made a phone call about an item they had advertised on Gumtree. Find out that the item was a dead one. Asked if they had others and was told yes heaps. So make the drive there which is less than 5 minutes away and get told no we don't have any. Not impressed with this place. They need to get they heads of their backside and do their job properly.

I put my car in one day to get a new engine and they forget to put the oil cap on and I drove about an hour or so out of town before finding out that the oil has spilled out and my engine frys up and it cost me $300 to get my car back for them to pay to replace the engine and their excuse was that that they weren't responsible for the towing cost and that is was my fault for driving it like who do they think they are???, they also replaced the battery in my car, this was 2008 and they replace my battery with one that was expired in 2003. They deserve to be shut down and If I had my way I would have this place shut down my self. What a joke of a company! Hope everyone reads this.

Had the right parts in stock for the best price in town after ringing around. Great service the boys there looked after me even though i was a new customer. Will definitely be going back when i next need something!!

Would have to be one of the worse wreckers I have been to, not only that but I rang them earlier asking them about it the part and he's going yeah yeah yeah come down.
