Avoid repairs through RPM Tingalpa. I'd rate them zero stars if that was an option.



I have had a shocking experience. It was a two month wait to even fit my car in for repairs. They had it for more than a week before even starting work. That's a week of rental car fees I could have avoided.



The day before I was due to pick up I called and received confirmation they were on track for completion. The day of completion I then found out they damaged my car earlier in the week and would need it for another six days. They were unwilling to offer any form of compensation and were unphased by the inconvenience caused.
