I engaged Spot On Refrigeration on to address drainage issues at my property. I paid in cash for services, which included labor and materials. While initial work was carried out, the quoted follow-up works to complete the job were never done. Despite multiple attempts to contact the business and request a resolution, no further action was taken.



As a result, I had to hire another contractor to complete the drainage repairs, incurring additional costs. I found this experience stressful and disappointing. I recommend ensuring clear agreements are made in writing if engaging this business."
