Whippy Kiosks Pty Ltd

Sadly I will never recommend booking a Van from Whippy Kiosks. The people I tried to pay for our booking with could not care whether I booked or not, did not supply credit card receipts which didn't match the company payment receipt anyway. I was a upset with the 3% surcharge for payments made on credit card when the national average for credit card surcharges is 1.9%. It was made clear to me that they are fine with such an extravagant surcharge, thankfully government are gradually pulling greedy businesses into line over this practice. When I started questioning receipts and surcharge I was told that she would now have to check with the driver to see if they would still want to do to our event. I never felt at any time that this person cared how I felt about doing business with them nor reassured me, nor addressed my concern. Arguably the worst customer service I have ever, ever received. This person then just cancelled our booking which is two weeks before the event because "she wanted to save herself the headache". What of I'm not sure as she invested nothing in responding to queries or concerns.
