Do not trust this tradie. Will request for a large deposit at first. When he gets the depost annd he will run away. Hired Joshua Wells to do a concrete work at my property and gave him the requested deposit. He would not show up or have some sob story how he could not come to site. He did this for 6 month. After this his wife would call me with more story how he can not come to site and do the job. After this Both josh and his wife would not response to my calls and ignore it and will not give my money back. Currrenlty in the process of VCAT. This is what he does, he is a serial offender.

Asks for large deposits then never shows up to do the work. Refuses to answer calls and texts. Had someone else ring - which he answered because he didn't know the number, and he unloaded a sob story. Have since discovered he is a serial offender with at least nine other victims that I know of. Steer clear of him.

Will take your money and not showing up. Do not trust this tradie
