Motel Traralgon

Unfortunately I did not check the cost of what a 60,000km service would be on my 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero, I called Traralgon Mitsubishi to book the service in thinking that the cost of the service would only cost no more than around $700 at the most, this was after talking to other colleagues that I work with, and yes I should have check myself. When I received the bill I was flabbergasted, the bill is an absolute joke, the car was in at the dealership for five hours, the cost of Labour come to around seven hours, that works out to be a a weeks wage for some people, unfortunately I cannot comment on the cost of parts as they were genuine, we already know it would be cheaper to buy gold, I made contact with the dealership, complaining about the cost of the service, in particular the labour, the person I spoke to, stated that Mitsubishi Australia dictate the hourly rate not the dealership, the person I spoke to was not interested in hearing my concerns and gave me the contact number to Mitsubishi Customer Assistance line, I was not rude or aggressive, I was just trying understand the cost of the service, I make contact with Mitsubishi Australia, and raised the question of the cost of the service, Mitsubishi Australia stated that they do not dictate the hourly rate.

I will not be using Mitsubishi Traralgon for my place of service again, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone, I do however continue to see a surprise on peoples face when I tell them about my experience.

Got Terrible service from the start asked to view a car told it was available only to be told when I got there that they had sold the car. Steve knew we was on our way and still sold the car. That in my mind is just rude and not good manners. We had travelled over 40 minutes just to be told we were too late. On principle I won’t be spending any money here. I expect more from these people but I guess respect and honesty is not available either.
