Jordan was very helpful this afternoon assisting me with my purchase of an iPad A16. He was very patient and knowledgeable while I discussed what I was looking and compared a few options. I appreciated his help in setting up the iPad after purchase also. Other staff have been helpful as well.

I continue to be impressed with the managers at Traralgon Office Works. I have an office chair that's good quality but, for some reason, the arm started splitting big time. Now I live in Morwell and need to catch taxis everywhere. I rang and spoke to the manager and he arranged to bring me 2 replacement arms and he replaced them as well.



While we always expect nothing to go wrong when we buy goods, it's wonderful to know that both Josh and Vin (the 2 managers I spoke to) care so much about high quality customer service that they didn't demand I go into the store, which is very awkward for me.



This is my second review of the store's first class customer service and I'm sure it won't be the last. Thanks guys. You have won me as a customer permanently.

I love Office Works! And the people at the Traralgon store are just wonderful! Especially Josh and John, the store manager. We have bought tonnes of office chairs for the family (5 I think) in the last 14 years and I am happy to say that I am still sitting in my original chair :-). Thanks Josh and John and team for making my shopping for my favorite things so much more pleasant :-)
