Why are Australian companies using this overseas company?? That treats all our parcels like absolute rubbish ?

Boycott this company put them out of business worst ever, care factor zero, dumps parcels on the sides of roads & take fake photos then submit as safe drops ??

Driver stayed in the vehicle for a package i needed urgently , updated the tracking to say cannot be delivered, didnt leave a card then left, there is no direct phone numbers or help line to contact couriers please so you are just waiting for them to respond to an email.

Do not use this service at all your just wasting your money

I ordered a computer component from Amazon and these monkeys drop it over my fence. Tried to call the company keep getting referred to live chat where there is no active agent.

I wish this review had minus 1 star, the service is just rubbish been at home waiting all day for couriers please to pick up my packages and 5pm and still nothing looks like they are not coming again, last time im using their services. If you want your package delivered on time? Dont use these guys, they will fail everytime guaranteed.
