Blind Elegance

This is the second time I have been stood up having waited at home for your team to visit me. I've waited almost 3 weeks already. If you can't commit to a client you should have told me. I would have contacted another company before now and had this fixed already. I have had to juggle work commitments in the city to be at home. I called your office on Monday to reconfirm the appointment and was told it was all booked in for Wednesday.

What a terrible service you offer. I am totally disgusted with your lack of customer service.

Blind Elegance were recommended to us & we couldn't be happier. We have fabulous outdoor automated blinds that have made the area look amazing. Plantation shutters installed on every window except for two doors where roller blinds installed. Peter Magro is a great guy, so friendly & his ideas & recommendations first class. Peter (installer of outdoor blinds) & Daniel (indoor) were a delight to have in our home. Also has been great dealing with Jo in office, very friendly & efficient.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We found Blind Elegance through a google search and while it was challenging getting a face to face with Peter due to our unreliable phone system and flooding that had disconnected us for days, when everything cleared he arrived promptly, professionally and informed us of our options to treat a difficult area.

Upon shopping around for other products, we found that his product was the best quality, at a very reasonable price and the production and installation process was fast, friendly and faultless.

We now have a great usable space both now and in the years to come for our outdoor Yoga practices and can't thank Peter, Jo and the installer Peter enough for such a wonderful solution to our needs.

An appalling experience. Following a visit from the salesman Peter Magro, I ordered a series of blinds and paid a deposit of $1600. However when the fitter turned up, he found that the specs were unsuitable and the posts that had been manufactured could not be used. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and time wasting, the company decided they could not go ahead due to the complicated nature of the installation. When they finally returned my deposit they deducted $320 for 'expenses'. Not just incompetent, but rude and arrogant to boot.

Me and my husband have been searching for a decent price and product over the past 6 months and we are so happy we came across Blind Elegance. The fitter Russ visited our home after hours and we were very satisfied with not only the service but the product. Great value, top price and we recommend this company to any one who wants beautiful blinds at a decent price. Thanks!

Horrible experience! When it goes wrong you get the aggressive, arrogant owner to deal with, not pleasant at all. The quality of the product was average and the after service aweful. Don't make the mistake of buying from this company. I hope this review saves you from a bad experience
