Aramex Wollongong

They deliver to the wrong address, wont deliver, leave parcels on the street and in rain, then threaten they wont deliver when you complain!

Tracking said will be delivered in 5 min which was 5 hours later and still nothing.Was home all day and I have cameras.It had better come tomorrow.

item 1. huge alloy frame being shipment to NT. 6 weeks later lost. To get compensation forces you to sign a letter they are not responsible.

item 2. More than 2 weeks to ship from sydney to wollongong!

item 3. arrange pickup. Still waiting for pickup. Its now been 10 days.

fastways was always slow. since aramex took control its atrocious. To have the name courier into their title degrades all the other companies who know how to deliver.

Forget trying to contact via phone. It takes hours to reach someone. Local depot numbers now divert to the local philippino call centre.

And their whatsapp agent kiss good bye hours of your life. Its useless.

Just dont use. PLS save your self frustration, pain, financial loss. Its not worth it.

Still waiting for my parcel that they picked up 16th December. I’ll never use aramex again. Worst delivery company ever!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL ??? Far Q perhaps??? ARAMEX !

They leave parcels sitting for weeks. If you try and call you speak to someone in the Phillipines. Horrendous company.

Never come across such an unreliable courier avoid this company at all costs. Ifi could give 0 stars I would. Still waiting for parcel had been 17 days.

Last week 2 boxes were delivered ,an extra one was missing although tracked as being delivered. I was not home but a neighbour took the 2 boxes to her place I arrived home to find one box missing tracking states it was delivered but if it was , it had been taken back with the van!!?? I have tried to contact the local office but have ended up speaking with someone in an office overseas.
