Nice enough at the desk but not what I’d call disability friendly , I had a scan and due to health issues my ability to get on and off the small bed was indeed difficult and painful , I was told by the lady doing the scan “well I can’t help you “ may be not but assisting me with a chair for leverage or even having something fitted to the beds would be better than nothing

After calling twice and being on hold for over 5minutes i finally got hold of a woman who was so rude. Tried to tell me the test i was trying to book didnt exist and just had the worst attitude. After putting me on hold again she told me that they do offer that test she just hadnt heard of it before. No apology or anything. Will never book with them again
