I was quoted $350 for the job on the phone, said has solution to remove stains and pet urine from carpet. Arrived put the price up to $440 as stains were bad he said. I had tennants moving in so agreed. But not one stain was removed 10 still there. I saw he made no effort to individually treat them. Areas not cleaned. Contacted him, asked to redo or refund $100. Refused. He says he guarantees his work. What sort of work is that?

On the phone I mentioned I had bad stains, he said he has lots of solutions to remove Any strain, quoted $350. When arrived, looked at the job said another $100 for stain solutions. I needed the job done, as tennants were moving in.Took my money STRAIGHT away and left me with this and much more 10 stains, pet urine stains and places not done. Contacted him and asked to redo but declined. I noticed no effort was made individually with solution to remove any marks.I got a standard clean and paid for a deep stain removal. $440 is far too much to pay for what I got.
