*TLDR: Basically don't go here, they're just money grabbing people with no sense of respect for you or your child.*

I agree with the other review. It only somewhat helps with your study when you are in senior - 10/10 I would not recommend. It does however, help slightly more with the lower grades. The teachers are mostly lovely, but the counter/customer service people, oh gosh. They are EXTREMELY rude, and are absolutely horrible. Of course, there are one or two nice ones at the counter, but other than them, save yourselves. Much disappointment and disgust at their behaviour and how they deal with certain problems I used to go up to them for. They talk in such a rude tone of voice, and are honestly all about the money. They don't care about much else at all. So if you value your money - I strongly do not suggest going here! As a current business student, I can also say how warped their ways of running a business are. One of the first rules of running a business is to satisfy your customer and consumer needs. I can 110% say that they do not meet this requirement. The other, basic, absolute BASIC rule that every customer-serving business needs to follow is to respect their customers. They, again do not even try to implement this rule. In conclusion, if you're going to North Shore, DO NOT go to this one. Go to Kumon or some other centre instead. Don't waste your money here.

orth Shore Development & Coaching Centre only somewhat helps with your academic studies. How much you learn depends on how much effort you put in outside of you school time.
However, I must say how disappointed I am at the staff who work at North Shore - Not the teachers - the counter staff. They are absolutely horrible to me. In many ways they make me disgusted by the way they treat me. Customer Service = extremely poor!
