He came out and was arrogant, poor attitude, did not clean cupboards and the stovetop wasn't even cleaned. The timber floors have streaks and need to be redone. I've engaged another company to do the work again because of the non-standard attempt! I gave him the opportunity to rectify but his aggressive response leaves me in doubt of his Intent. I won't give him access to the property as I feel that his intent could be detrimental. I wouldn't recommend and am considering legal proceedings if he threatened behaviour exacerbates.
