I waited 5 days for an appointment FOR A QUOTE.

They cancelled this 2 days before and said they were only available on the weekend.

Very poor effort for a tradesperson.

Im glad i didn't hire them !

If the way they behave while driving is any indication of their work, I wouldn’t let them anywhere near my house

We used perfect roofing to replace the back part of our roof and install a skylight at the same time. The skylight has been leaking and I have contacted them to fix it multiple times. They have come over and advised me that they can't see any problem - which is clearly visible, and there is clearly a problem. They said they put some silicone on the skylight and it should fix any issues. It definitely didn't. They have now told me that I have to contact the manufacturer of the skylight and have given me their details so I can sort it out myself. This is illegal as my contract is with them and I did not choose the manufacturer of the skylight. i think it is because they did not know how to install it, and they used some cheap skylight which was not an all in one system like a Velux or a reputable brand, so they had to build a frame for it, and clearly something has gone very wrong. I have had to contact the department of fair trading and involve lawyers. This has been a huge inconvenience and very stressful and still remains unresolved
