Very unreliable. I called up to arrange a quote and was told he would pop out tomorrow and prepare a quote. He never arrived. I called up a few weeks later following up on the quote and was told the quote was lost and he would pop out the next day and prepare another quote. He never arrived again. I called up about 2 weeks later to see what was happening and was told I would be contacted in a few days and I was never contacted again regarding my quote.
