Exclusive Strata Management

Due to their mistakes we have been charged numerous times for items we did not authorise. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes or reimburse us for our losses.

All you get is excuses and inaction.

The extra fees you pay are also outrageous.

Would not recommend at all!

TERRIBLE!!! Overpriced, horrible personnel, unprofessional, lazy, lackluster, uneducated. When you have to tell a strata company how to run their business you know its pretty bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are MANY better services out there, this place cannot be trusted with your money or property, just do some of your own digging and you will find MANY similar stories, I so wish I had done my research before committing to this company.

I want to commend the services of Luke Brown, Strata Manager. He is knowledgeable in strata law and gives our strata of four units good, professional advice on strata issues. Any maintenance items are promptly dealt with by Luke with all parties being consulted. He is also timely in responding to emails and contacts. I have been very happy with ESM since Luke became our Strata Manager. PTurner
