I wouldn't even give this realestate 1 star at the most. I should have read about this realestate prior to renting through them. They try pin you for stuff for stuff that was already there when I moved in and I find that ever since they found out I was doing fifo towards the end of my lease they wanted my dollars and for obvious reasons I wasn't there to fully move out of the property because of work so I had sent family members over to do it for me they sent photos of the job and it was way cleaner than how it was when I moved in. just want your dollars. I've made complaints several times about stuff in the property but yet no attention was put towards me tried to pin me me for a "hole" in the floor which I had not known about because when I moved in they had made it very hard to notice and put the bed over the top of it knowing that if I were to move it I wouldn't have seen it as it was a one bed apartment with not much space at all. I also asked several times if I was able to have my own furniture but they said no and if so I would have to pay for a storage unit. also had left a couch of mine there because I was unable to move it due to me being away for 2weeks at work and they dint have "time" for me to move it because they want to rush people In 3oo for a couch removal they have tried to make me pay not even possible almost 2oo to get a tiny rug cleaned also said I owe its the size of two towels pit together and I never used the rug I put it in a safe place and had m y own I have asked for receipts of all the stuff that had apparently been done but as of august they still have not sent me them all they care about is the bond they're so quick to email me 20 times for me to release the bond but not quick to send me receipts of the apparent work done. also not to mention I can tell that they Lino the floor themselves as there was a heap rolled up beside the fridge door they're cheap rude nasty and not good to rent for.i still haven't gotten any proof if the house was actually "cleaned"properly or if my couch was actually removed. They're very unorganised I dealt with about 6 different property agents and nothing I said was noted down so when there was a problem they told me I need proof and how am I meant to give proof if no-one has noted anything down and im talking to 6 different agents. so unprofessional they don't care about anyone but themselves and just want your money. this business is terrible

Unprofessional, unprofessional unprofessional! The only way I can describe time conti sheffield. I would recommend staying away from this real estate agent.

I would highly recommend TCS. I have worked alongside their team for many years now and have always found all staff to be extremely helpful and friendly.

TERRIBLE... throughout my time as a tenant there was nothing other than delays in communication and action on several significant issues with the house I was occupying. Added to this it seems they will do anything to make an extra dollar at the end of a lease agreement despite a home being cared for like your own. Be warned and read through the google reviews, many more like this one whilst quite a few 5 star reviews of which I would question the integrity when staff, family and friends are writing them!

To explain a little further, a few days after moving into one of TCS's rentals it became apparent there was a drainage issue that caused the garage to flood with any rain. I immediately informed them of this and over the next 8 months sent numerous emails (probably 20-30) to chase up and attempt to have the problem rectified. Tradesman visited on 3 occasions and all agreed that drainage was needing to be installed and despite this nothing was done. Upon vacating the property 6 weeks ago there was still nothing done and then on final inspection it was requested that I pay for the repainting of the garage door which was completely damaged by water and had been noted as needing full replacement by the tradesman mentioned.

Second to this in the week prior to Christmas the heating element in the oven exploded leaving a grey residue all over the oven. Upon inspection by an electrician it was noted that the thermostat was also faulty and the best option would be for the oven to be replaced. Again upon vacating the property 6 weeks ago, nothing had been done with the oven. over 2 months without an oven!!! To add to frustration, on final inspection they attempted to charge further money as the oven "wasn't clean enough" despite having been cleaned thoroughly and in need of replacement anyway!

They also attempted to charge me for a broken TV remote which had been broken since the start of the lease and was clearly stated on the property condition report as being broken...

Great professional company that (unlike most in their field) actually care about tenants, owners and clients equally. The staff always make me feel welcome and listen respectfully and willingly (something you rarely get). If I have an issue they take ownership and if I'm still not satisfied they have a good escalation procedure to a competent management team who handle the issue professionally. All in all I cannot complain and would recommend them for all your property and property management needs. Thanks TCS!
