Horrible service and very poor customer service. I took my samsung tablet in to get the battery swapped (I even supplied the battery) paid a $69 deposit. It took over a week before they even looked at the product which was working fine up until I brought it into the store. They broke the screen during swap out and expected me to pay for a new screen. After I complained and spent 45 mins on the phone I could only get down to an additional $60 to get my tablet back. I wouldn't trust this store to fix anything ever again and suggest you do the same.
