Was told it would take 7days for them to repair our front plastic bumper and one front light. It has now been over 2weeks and still no car. Has been No communication, they will not answer the phone, we keep dropping in to ask and they keep extending the timeframe no explanation as to why.

Very delayed repair time and poor communication.

Told by assessor car would be ready in 7 to 10 days. When I rang on day 10 was told would now take another 9 days with no explanation. After many phone calls on my part and much pushing got car 15 days after drop off. At know time did they ring me with an update. Often told would be contacted but never received a phone call. Rang 4 pm Friday afternoon and told car being washed and could be picked up. No communication from them at any stage of repair. Extremely disappointed in there unprofessional approach to service.
