Spoke with Terry regarding fixing a washing machine cord due to a break in which i disclosed. Quoted nothing booked in regards to fixing. Shows up unannounced and eventually leaves. After turning off all my switches from the fuse box. Got this on camera thankfully - will not be going ahead with the quote incase its not obvious.

Poor communication in booking an appointment, waited for 5 hours on the day and then he didn’t show up. No message to say he’s late, no apology. Waste of my time.

Polite, courteous, efficient on time , knows what he is on about, and reasonable rates. A job well done in no time at all. If you are looking for a service person to fix your washing machine i certainly suggest you give Terry a call First & forget the rest.

Whilst not able to service our area due to business relocation (Unfortunately for us) Terry' advised a fair call out fee which goes towards repair if you proceed. Family have used Zodiac in years past and have always received good service, fair pricing and sound advice. A bit of a rarity these days.
