Pathetic, untrustworthy, all talk

OK so I know it's risky buying a car over the phone, but a reputable car dealers selling you an ex-demo can't go wrong right - WRONG. Car was 2nd hand so I lost all my new car new for old insurance premiums, interest rate on loan went up, car had dog hair stuck in carpet and lost all new car service benefits. When I discovered the car was in fact 2nd hand I made contact with them and they said I was wrong the car was always advertised as 2nd hand. Luckily I kept screen shots of all advertising material and guess what all clearly said EX-DEMO! Many emails and phone calls later they basically said bad luck you still got a good buy! Yes and they sure got a great sale! I could write another page on the service well lack there of received from the service department, who stamped my book without doing the service - then told me oh it's all OK the car has very little miles so all is fine!

In a nut shell I don't trust the service dept. put in for 75 k service $375. Rang back with extras total cost $1900 they were geneous and offerd $100 off and free wipers. I declined all.
And had checked out with other mechanics and suprise suprise a part from 2 tyres no need for other repairs.

I could not reccomend them.

I am not very happy with the service that Suttons did on my Holden. It was due for a 75K Service which they quoted me around $375. I dropped my car off and left them my mobile number in case they needed to contact me. Around 11am they called me to let me know that I also needed the following looked into.
Heater hoses $279
Top radiator hose & coolant $236
Fuel injection clean $99
Throttle body clean $99.

Work reported:
Front suspension strut top bushes $385
2 tyres (Yokohama) $289 each $578
Wheel alignment $89
Front sway bar link pins $326.
I told them to go ahead with the Heater, throttle, radiator and fuel injection but to not worry about anything else. I went and picked the car up and paid around $1150 - which was a lot more then I expected to pay. I then took my Holden to another service place and asked them to check the status of the Front Suspension and the sway bar link pins - they came back and told me they were fine and did not need any work. I did get some new tyres and a wheel alignment
So now what am I suppose to think? Do I trust them with my next service ?
