The taps in my bathroom where hard to turn off and dripping and made a knocking sounds when the water was running, Paul came and serviced all the taps in the bathroom and diagnosed that the washing machine taps where causing the sound so replaced them. Very happy with the service.

We called top tier as we had no hot water, Paul came out and found that the water tank was leaking causing the gas burner not to stay alight. He explained we needed a new hot water system and gave two option to replace the tank or put a continuous flow hot water system on the wall. We went for the continuous flow system as they are more energy efficient. He had it changed over on the same day which we were very happy about. Would definitely recommend.

Quick to get to my place and fix the issue with the sink, explained the issue to me and gave a price upfront which I thought was reasonable For what was required. Will use them again.
