my friend had an appointment, but they couldn't remember the time that their appointment

was and the receptionist wouldn't tell me what time the appointment was to get them there for it. so we cancelled the appointment and made an appointment with another psychologist clinic who could tell us what time the appointment would be. No matter what their excuse was they were ridiculously unhelpful...

staff very unhelpful

ended up going to another psychologist with more understanding staff.
