Wow. I had a TNT parcel left there as I wasnt home to receive it. I called to find out how long they have it for as I am unable to get there straight away. Apart from the guy talking to me with a mouthful of food and me having to get him to repeat himself numerous times, he chewed loudly in my ear and was very rude, he had trouble understanding me and I speak very clearly, he was struggling with his english and couldn't give me a clear answer. Very rude. Customer service is more important to me than location, price and product availability, so I will be making sure I don't shop there now. Thanks.
