Aleks came within an hour to help change my battery, he was very professional but also friendly, whilst working on the car and listening to the 1000 questions my 4 year old was asking. He still tells me every day don’t worry dad aleks is always around to fix our car. He is Harry’s new hero. Thanks again!

Called MyCar Roadside Assistance for help. Filled out the necessary info online. I called at 0820 and received a call back at 0830. Iwas lucky as Aleks was in the vicinity. New battery replaced and saved the day.
