Jezweb

If you need a basic website with limited functionality then Jezweb would be fine. If you need a more complex, multi-media or E-commerce site, I would not recommend that you use Jezweb. My shopping area for my site had constant issues with creating accounts, sending pdf stamped products, multi-media playback functionality and over the two years it was active I received scathing complaints and abusive emails about how badly designed and laid out the site was. My cart abandonment figure was 99.06%! I am in the process of having a completely new site designed by another company as I write this with the knowledge that I am losing 6-8 weeks of sales. The response time for problems and issues involving the site left a lot to be desired and the phone manner of the staff could be condescending and somewhat blase. I had high hopes for the website vision that we planned with Jezweb but in retrospect I should have realised that the project was beyond their capabilities to deliver what I required at the level I required it at. The fact that after having paid up our account in full that they delayed in passing on the CPanel information to the hosting site because they were "stripping it of the stuff we own and you didn't pay for" in the background without any notification whatsoever that they were doing this until we pushed them for answers on why it was taking so long to get the CPanel information we so desperately needed to get the new site built and up and running. You may have a completely different experience with Jezweb but this was my experience and can only "call it" as I see it.
