Spoke to Craig (an employee) who advised he may be able to get here on the Monday which was always a very busy day Tuesday was no problem. If he could get there any earlier he would ring which he did and was here by the middle of the day. A very organised person with all the equipment needed to service the aerial including a towel so as not to damage the guttering and a harness in light of the severe wind conditions.
Extremely thorough and professional in his service and also had eftpos facilities for payment. Can highly recommend them to anyone having trouble with TV reception. Pam
