I had my first WBC session on Saturday and it was a great experience. Great place, very relaxed and welcoming. The owner stays with you the whole time and explains the whole process and what your body will be going through at that stage. Thank you and I will be back.

Great place made a big difference to me from a energy prospective and fights keeping injuries at bay to continue my long distance triathlon, the cold is unreal but something fairly addictive about it - must be the feel good factor after. The owners are awesome and very welcoming, making it a nice place to visit

Love the chill chamber, such an open friendly environment, you are always made to feel welcomed. Walk out feeling refreshed and engerized after a cryotherapy session, also love the facials, they leave your skin feeling amazing and added bonus a raw treat with tea or coffee at the end. Would go everyday if I could.
