Customer service was great and the staff were helpful

I had multiple issues with my garage door and Guardian Doors came out the same day to resolve the issue. On that same attendance the lovely technician (I forgot his name) had repaired my door and had it working better than ever! I would highly recommend this company as the process was very easy from calling and making a booking to the serviceman coming out.

Been using Guardian Doors for over 10 years, have recommended to family and friends who wont use anyone else. Great family run business and one of the few honest mobs around these days.

2 weeks after our garage door was serviced by Guardian Doors the belt snapped and the door stopped working.



We contacted Guardian Doors by email and phoned them a number of times, not once did they acknowledge the fact our door was broken despite being serviced and no issues were raised during the service.



Since then we have discovered that the motor is now broken!! And will cost us $700+ on top of the service to be fixed. The lack of after service support/ customer support has been appalling.



It has been a week now and our garage door can be manually opened by anyone and our cars are on the street.



I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated by Guardian Doors and will NEVER have them service our garage again and I would highly recommend you DO NOT use them to service your garage door.
