Fantastic from start to finish , the team at ideal homes have been so good and help us a lot

Overall good experience. Unfortunately it is human nature to fixate on negatives rather than positives. So on that note what ideal Homes do well they do very well. The single negative thing I've got to mention is having to justify and fight a little too hard for an acceptable outcome after the Practical completion meeting when pointing out things that need rectifying or fixing. In the end I'm pleased with the outcome and leaving as a happy client.

After building 5 homes with 5 different builders we have finailly found a builders team that are dilligent and customer orgintated. Tim, our building supervisor was excellent. He was onsite to explain any queries or questions. He actually made time to suit you, not the other way around.Being the "face" of Ideal homes during the construction phase is the main area and he did the company proud.

Overall awesome experience, would definitely build with them again.
