Purchased 2x Tensioner Pulleys from them on eBay, 10 days later I lodged a complaint with Australia Post to find out that they had never even given Australia Post the parcel and they have been avoiding communication ever since. They claim to operate under an umbrella company Plum Holdings (VIC) Pty Ltd which according to ASIC has been de-registered since 2020. Plum Holdings (VIC) No1 Pty Ltd and Plum Holdings (VIC) No2 Pty Ltd are also both de-registered.

Sent me a faulty alternator and when i sent it back they gave me a very fake excuse and lied about the findings and would not honor the warranty. be careful of dealing with auto 8. they are dishonest

I purchased an alternator from them, which failed under a month after it was installed (was advertised as having 5 year warranty) They would not reply to my emails, or questions via website and auctions, after ~3 weeks I was forced to purchase a new replacement alternator elsewhere as I could not be without my car for Christmas, Now 4 month later I remain in dispute with them, They received the faulty alternator last year and seem to have confirmed/accepted eventually that it was faulty - but I still have no REFUND and no replacement so I am out of pocket the entire purchase price + Return shipping and have nothing to show for it

Recently purchased a compressor for my80 series toyota landcruiser.
The unit proved to be faulty,and when i contactedthe salesman and explained the problem to him he could not do enough to help me
I returned the unit to auto8 and ordered a replacement which arrived in less than a week and i received a full refund for the faulty one which had bad seals
I would recomend this company to anyone
