Essential living in Wangaratta should be avoided to save you a very painful and rude experience. The staff and owner have a total lack of customer service and communication is terrible. The installations provided to us by Essential Living were cheap Chinese made yet charged at top quality prices. Avoid this business and save yourself time and money and a completely negative experience
