Incredibly unprofessional service. Chiropractor Jen caused a rib fracture and did not respond in any way to the pain I experienced at the time. The lack of information about the way the service operates is very significant - nothing about photos or scans being done prior to being seen by a Chiropractor, nothing about being treated in an alcove open to the reception area where anyone can see and hear what's happening. Nothing under their privacy policy or terms and conditions, no ABN. Little interest in covering the additional costs I face due to the rib fracture they caused. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC
