Worse company, very bad customer service. We engaged blue haven pools for a concrete pool almost a year ago... still has not been complete. Never return calls also. This is a real review...

Worst experience ever! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Whole process has been a nightmare from the beginning when sales person turns up on my house on a Saturday morning saying that he is the sales manager and is short staffed so he has to work on Saturdays.

BE AWARE because this man is able to turn the $30,000 concrete pool they advertise into a $70,000 nightmare you'll regret all your life. contrary to what you read on the other company manufactured glowing reviews, this company has the worst communication and the poorest customer service.

They will be very fast in taking your money, they won't care about what is written in the contract you sign all they seem to care is about your hard earned dollars. My project manager, even had the courage to tell me he wont finish the job after I refused to pay my third installment because they were not finished with works meant to be done under that progress claim. He abused me and threatened me over the phone and I end up having no project manager assigned. I've been dealing with CEO, but even her doesn't seem to care about their customers either. They are on breach of my contract.

Construction time was meant to be 12 weeks as per contract specs, but they're over in more than 8 weeks already. I've formally complaint in writing to them to get them to finish the job they started so long ago and that I've paid them to do, but still waiting. I've already complaint to Fair Trading and SPASA and just started a social media campaign to get everyone aware and careful about this company.

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOU"LL REGRET IT. This guys have a history of wrong doing for years, Fair Trading received 567 complaints in the period from 1 January 2000 to 1 July 2008. They've been taken to CONSUMER TRADER AND TENANCY TRIBUNAL a few times, so BE CAREFUL do your homework before signing anything. All is publicly available on the web.

Noooo stay away our pool was to be completed by xmas 2014 the hole was dug, piers, concrete and pipes in then wBay company had money problems we were told in March 2015 that central coast would take over our pool - signed a 12 weeks contract to get it transfered agreed to pay a little more money yo get it done Oct 2015 still waiting. Apparentley they cant get a concretor to do the tiles around the outside which needs to be done b4 anything else (dont pay your contractors they wont come) we found a concretor organised a quote still nothing. Not happy

I've been really impressed with the Blue Haven Pools team. They've always been very helpful, answered my questions quickly and have such a friendly vibe. It doesn't matter who I talk to - they've always been amazing. I'll definitely be coming back, as they're service and advice has been spot on!

I have seen these guys on TV for years, I rang around a few companies and overall I found that Blue Haven Pools were a cut above the rest. I wanted to make sure that my pool would be around for years to come, and Blue Haven have been in the industry one of the longest. My Pool is ready for the summer!! thanks to the whole team. Cheers

My family was having trouble with the council in regards to regulations for where we could build our pool in our backyard. The Blue Haven Pools team helped us rectify the situation very easily to understand what is required and how we could move forward. Thanks for the help and fast result!
