Amazing service, cannot fault the team! Called around 10am as my air con broke down overnight, having a 9day old baby at home I needed it replaced ASAP and they fit me in that afternoon. So very grateful the guys were all lovely and so professional. Just had a ducted system fitted by New Age Air. This was a very easy process, from quote to installation only took 5 days, amazing. The installation team were amazing, very informative and professional. I had to leave prior to them finishing but got home to find the job done and the house clean. Very impressed and would definitely recommend or use this business again.

We recently had the absolute pleasure of being treated to a perfect air con instal & customer service by Jason McKay & his team at NewAge Air Conditioning . There was nothing too difficult & literally they bent over backwards & went above what anyone would have expected to give us what we asked for. It was not a straight instal as we had to remove defunct ceiling fans & instal lights as well as the air con . Jason's team all worked tirelessly for us. It went smoothly & we were impressed that the team cleaned up thoroughly & as we had just finished painting inside & with new timber floors just down we were a little nervous as well .They were very particular & careful .Our experience still has us smiling about what a professional but friendly mob they all were right down to Robyn in the office .We will gladly recommend this business to everyone .It was excellent from our initial contact with Robyn in the who organised a call out for a quote same day & work started early next day as promised & they arrived right on their appointment time.
