Rude, over priced and caused damage to property. Had the audacity to have a go at my tone of voice and attitude after causing damage to my front lawn. The plumber did not even offer to ask to fix/repair the damage he had caused. Then received the invoice which was laughable because again he had the audacity to charge me after damaging my property/lawn.



Needless to say the invoice was paid however if you want your property damage, be over charged and spoken down to/rudely after they damage your property then go ahead and waste your hard earned cash on them. There are plenty of other repeatable, friendly plumbing services/companies out there.DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR CASH ON THIS COMPANY.

Contacted the plumber that completed all the plumbing in uur new home, as they new where all the plumbing and pipes where situated. Advised that they will be out the following week however never turned up or never contacted/sms me. Contacted them at the end of the week after not hearing from them to see what happened in which he replied he forgot. Even though I waited around for two day to hear or see nothing.



Then re-arrange for the following week to come out, which then was rescheduled due to the weather which could not be helped. But then after rescheduling the appointment to following day, he still turned up anyway when we were not home. He stated that it was to check to see if they needed any specialty equipment for the job, however after watching him on our security camera he had only knocked on the down pipe twice and then left. However not before ruining a section our front lawn/turf that we put allot time, effort and money into it.



Then followed up with a phone call with no answer, so I left a voice message advising of my displeasment of the damage to the lawn and turning up anyway even though we had rescheduled to the following day. He stated that he didn't appreciate my tone or attitude even though he was the one who caused damage to my front lawn and then had the audacity to charge an exuberant call out fee for removing a plumbing cap, turning on a torch to see the water running in the pipe and, got me to run the bathtub and sink to check to see if everything was ok and watering running fine.



What a joke. Anyone would have thought for that amount it would have been a weekend call out fee/charge however it was during business hours during the week. For a business owner to speak to a customer like that after they caused the damage and didn't even offer to fix or repair the damage they caused is poor customer service. These guys are over priced and very rude and would highly recommend using another plumbing company/service.
